Masquerade is officially done.

I posted the last chapter as an epilogue today. I've got a prologue chapter thingy almost ready for the sequel, Overtures, and chapter 9 of The White Winds is well underway.

School starts tomorrow for the Girl. She's been hyper about it because she didn't know what to expect or what to bring, but she's calmed down now that she had a schedule for the freshmans' first day. She'll have a locker, too, for which I am very, very grateful. Last year she about killed her back toting around all the books she had plus all the junk she felt she needed (none of it makeup or stuff to primp with either; art supplies were de rigeur).

The Hubby's start time has been pushed back to 7:30 starting on Saturday. So that means we'll have to get out of the house by 7:15 in order to get him to work. Then I'll drop off Boy #2, Boy #1, and the Girl, all in rapid succession. Talk about car lines!

I think I've got to go make supper. The Hubby seems to have stopped in at the library on his way home... for the second time this week. If he has, he's in the dog house as far as I'm concerned! :o
