Well, they are both down for the count

"Lucie's" sites are both down. Took 12 hours longer on the second site than it should, but I'm pleased. The warnings say "This Group is Unavailable. This Group has been disabled for Administrative Purposes". I don't know if that means that it will be down to give "Lucie" a chance to file a counter-notification (I'd like to see her write a coherent one) or MSN just has a time of "administrative purpose" before eliminating the site altogether.

I'm a tad concerned about a counter-notification, though I have no idea what she might say that she could prove... certainly not that I gave her permission or anything. She might whine about certain commando raids made on her sites, but still, she was the one who was responsible for the plagiarism and no one else. She could protest with what her "cuzin" Steven told her, that her site was legal and all, or what her daddy told her about copyright law. But if she did make one, I would have to file a restraining order in a court in Canada in order to stop her from using my story. Believe me, if I did, I'd make it as broad as I could and make sure she couldn't legally use any of my stories. Well, we'll see what happens. No sense borrowing trouble.

The Hubby has a bad cold, and went to work today despite my warnings that he shouldn't. He agreed with me when he got in the car after work. He kissed me tonight, so I'm sure I'll get this thing, too.... blech. Not that I blame him; I'm just not looking forward to catching a cold. There are not a lot of medicines I can take with all the other stuff I'm taking to make life bearable.

Worked a little more on Masquerade 13, and on my Wharton rescue, which I still haven't named. I could call it "A New Year at Wharton" but that sounds stuffy after all my one and two word titles. I'll think of something though; I usually do.

That's all for now. It's getting late and my feet hurt. Time for some aspirin.
