Nor can I breathe and drink... which I know you're not supposed to do or else the water goes down your trachea instead of your esophagus. What I mean is that I can't hold my breath long enough to get a good drink.
Is that clear?
I didn't think so.
At the Girl's insistence, I called my GP and got an appointment for 11:15 tomorrow. I also talked to my GP's nurse, who told me the only safe decongestant I can take is Sudafed. She also suggested I get some saline spray and use it a lot. I did, and also bought some Puffs tissues with lotion for my poor, abused nose, and some more DCT for my dry lips. And most important of all, cinnamon Altoids. Yeah, they have sugar in them, but at this point in time, I don't care. I need to have my sinus passages decongested and there's no candy on earth that can do it better than cinnamon Altoids.
Maybe once I can breathe through my nose again I'll feel more like writing. Or doing dishes. Or folding laundry.
Maybe.
