Felt it was time for a change with my lj layout so here's the new look. Hope y'all like it!

Power went out today around 7ish and stayed out until roughly 8, I guess. Don't know why, but Hubby thinks that it had to do with a bad accident not far away that took out a chunk of telephone pole. I'm not sure about that - I was told by the automated reporting system that "a crew will be out to restore your power soon". And this was without the severe weather that's on the way! Had cheeseburgers on the grill; I'm thankful we bought a new one for ourselves this year! Have to ask Hubby to move it back under the carport and cover it up.

It's begun to rain now, and thunder is rumbling off in the distance. I hope power stays on!
