Well, when Hubby finally called to come home, I went and got him and we decided that to keep either of us from having to cook (my feet were giving me hell) we'd order Chinese. But I was soooo sleepy when we got back that I went down for a nap for a good hour to hour and a half. When I got up, I ordered the Chinese food and while he was gone to pick it up, I got online with Liz and made my corrections. FF.net was giving me fits, though; for some unknown reason, their formatting program has decided to take out the space and comma before an opening quote, and any question marks and exclamation points before end quotes. Unfortunately, their "report a bug" function is down for repairs and so I can't tell them that this is happening.

I eventually got chapter 17 up, just in time for Hubby to return from his food gathering run. Then I turned the computer off, and we spent the evening together. Once the kids were in bed, we pulled out the Scrabble game and played. It had been so long since we had played that we had to clean the dust off of the individual tiles! He won, but not by too big a margin as he got the Q in his tray near the end of the game and had nowhere to play it. Then we went to bed at a decent hour, but I could not sleep for the longest time. I even got up and took a shower, hoping to calm my feet that way (and because I felt really grubby). It didn't work and I ended up waking Hubby up to rub my feet. I'm still feeling the effects of the rough night. I'm very sleepy but I don't have time to nap until after I pick up the kids.

First though, I'll have to drop off a prescription for Boy #1. He's had a chronic headache that's been bothering him more the past few days and a lot of congestion, too. Took him to the peds and the doctor thought it might be an allergy. So he gets to join Mommy with taking allergy medicine. If it seems to make a difference in 30 days, he may on it for a whole lot longer. He's back in school but I'll have to drop off his scrip and pick it up after we get the Girl.

Enough for now. I'm falling asleep with "Madame Guillotine" in my ears and that's saying something!
