Well, got to put my feet up again

The ugly callous on the ball of my right foot is now inflamed and infected, at least according to the doctor I saws this morning. His prescription: antibiotics, stay off of my feet, and see him again on Tuesday. I've made arrangements for the kids and John F. is willing to pick Robert up from work. This thing hurts like the dickens; I've taken some aspirin in hopes of easing it and the cramp-like twinges that run down the outside of the foot. Typing is awkward to say the least. I can hardly wait until the kids come home.

Today is Boy #1's birthday and I have nothing planned. It always seems to sneak up on me and I don't know why. I'll have to have hubby go out and get some things so we can celebrate it.
