Boy #2's retinal scarring is gone! He's been released from the retinal specialist and I couldn't be happier! Now if we could just figure out what's going on with The Girl, and if this stupid hole in my foot would heal.... I go to see the vascular surgeon again on Tuesday.
More work done on Masquerade and The White Winds. I hope to have chapter three of the latter done tomorrow. But I've also got a lot of betareading to do; for andrewjameswilliams and for purupuss, whose our author of the month for June at Classic Thunderbirds Showcase.
The Girl is at her cousin's for the weekend. We'll be celebrating the Niece's birthday sometime this weekend, possibly Monday seeing as it's a holiday. Had the Hubby out trimming back the maple in the front yard. Ever since the utility people came through and cut off a lot of the top, the lower branches have been growing wild and obscuring the view down the street, not to mention creating a curtain of low hanging branches that brush against the top of the van when I pull into the drive. So now things are cut back on the lower end and I can see down the street when I back out. Much safer.
